For this reason, the following privacy notice, based on the current regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, is made known to its users.

The data that are collected through “gob.mx”, are not considered as sensitive data in accordance with the applicable provisions, and consist of identification and location data.
It should be noted that with respect to the personal data you provide concerning third parties, it is presumed that you have obtained the consent of the owner in question to effect such delivery.
In the case of personal data of minors and persons in a state of interdiction or declared incapacity, it is presumed that you have the legal representation provided for in the applicable civil legislation.
Purposes of the treatment for which the personal data is obtained (distinguishing those that require the consent of the holder).
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- a) Get the newsletter from gob.mx;
- b) Enable the system so you can comment;
- c) The data required to perform a digitized procedure.
- d) Collect statistics that allow us to improve your experience as a user.
The personal data collected in gob.mx, may be treated without the consent of the owner, always respecting their rights; taking as exceptions to the principles governing the processing of data, national security, provisions of public order, public safety and health or to protect the rights of third parties, as established in the second paragraph of Article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.
Legal basis for carrying out treatment.
The UGD, makes of your knowledge that the foundation to treat your personal data in “gob.mx”, is found in articles 6 Base A and 16 second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United States of Mexico; 3, section XXXIII, 4, 16, 17 and 18 of the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obliged Subjects; 1 and 37, section XXIX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; the DECREE that establishes the National Single Window for Procedures and Information of the Government and its GENERAL PROVISIONS; and 18, section XVII of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Public Function.
The holder is also informed that no transfers of personal data that require his consent will be made.
Mechanisms, means and procedures available to exercise ARCO rights.
The UGD allows the holder to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of personal data in accordance with article 16 second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as well as Title Three, Chapters I and II of the General Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obliged Subjects.
