Mexico’s largest food and beverage festival, Mexico Alimentaria 2017 Food Show,
which was held at Centro Banamex from December 8 to 10, an event that brought together producers, investors, buyers and the general public to learn about and enhance the productive benefits of our country, as well as to establish commercial links to world level.

In the framework of this event, Manuel Pozo Cabrera, General Coordinator of Mexico Alimentaria 2017, put on the apron with the renowned Chef Aquiles Chávez to prepare a delicious recipe of cruditos while talking with the attending public.
